Bivouac Adventures

Finland is a nature paradise open to everyone. Some of you may not have the capacities or the interest to go on long adventures such as treks, day hikes, or packrafting trips with many kilometers to cover. However you do love nature and have the deep desire to live the spirit of adventure. Good news! We have the perfect program for you in any season. Find out more about it below.

Our unique bivouac adventures are a short distance hike to reach a beautiful spot in the nature of Lapland where we set up a camp for one or two nights. At the camp you can fully enjoy in a flexible schedule many different types of outdoor activities: outdoor cooking, exploring, making fire, swimming, sauna, Northern lights watching (in Fall and Winter), and simply relaxing.

BIVOUAC IN THE MOUNTAINS

THE GUIDE'S INVITATION:

"One day I unfold the map of Northern Norway, a region close to Lappitrek's headquarters. I study it with the eyes of exploration. As I scan each corner, I spot these little altitude lakes in a mountainous peninsula surrounded by the majestic fjords. I tell myself: There must be a way to leave with the backpacks, tents, packrafts, hike to these lakes, camp there, and paddle on the turquoise waters of those glacier lakes. It didn't take me long to make the project a reality. Now it has become a unique Lappitrek adventure program crafted for those who dream of wilderness camping in various off-beaten spots. Beauty is not an empty marketing word here. Come to check yourself!"
